Charity Nights

WV Flood Relief Fundraiser We raised and donated $4,500 to the athletic departments of Summersville Middle, Richwood Middle, and Richwood High Schools in Nicholas County, WV.  These schools were devastated by the floods in early July and lost everything.  Thank you to everyone who supported this cause!

Ainsley’s Angels $2,000 was raised for Ainsley’s Angels!

Ainsley’s Angels $500 was donated to Ainsley’s Angels on behalf of Mark Campbell and Brandon Rizzuti who will be running from Virginia, VA and ending at South of the Border, SC (162 miles in 4 days!) to raise money to gift a custom riding chariot to one lucky person.  Good luck!

SAFEChild We donated $2,100 to SAFEchild!

St. Paddy’s 8K Thank you to everyone who registered for the St. Paddy’s 8K and Kilt Run!  We raised $42,493.77 for charity.  We donated $6,007.75 to the MS Society via MS Events, $2,000 to Wake & District Pipe Band, and the remaining will be donated to our monthly charities.

South East Raleigh High School With the help from NCRC matching their member donations of $1,000 and our running community, we were able to donate $4,734 to the South East Raleigh High School track team to go to Nationals in NYC!

Postpartum Education & Support Thank you to all who supported our February charity night!  We were able to donate $2,218 to Postpartum Education &  Support!

Annie Nice Medical Bills Long time Tir na nOg manager, Annie Nice, was attacked mugged in January.  The run club collected $176 at Monday’s run and matched it to make a $352 donation.  If you would like to contribute to her medical bills, please see her GoFund Me page.

Millbrook Elementary $750 worth of school supplies were donated to Millbrook Elementary!

Montagnard Education Fund Thank you to everyone who donated to our monthly charity! We were able to donate $1,820 to the Montagnard Education Fund. Congratulations to Lisa Garrity for winning the FREE Mizuno shoes.
