Charity Nights

…running more than a tab

The nOg Run Club is an all volunteer organization and we donate 100% of the money we raise (through our races and donations received) back to our local community via our charity nights. Our monthly charity nights are the 4th Monday of the month.  Make a donation at our charity night or any time on the website to be entered into the drawing for a free pair of running shoes courtesy of Fleet Feet Raleigh! You do not have to be present to win.

Donations are accepted during every run.

The 2021 charities the nOg Run Club will be supporting include: Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC, Diaper Train, NC National Guard Survivors’ Outreach Fund, Neighbor 2 Neighbor, Read and Feed, Safe Haven for Cats, Friends of Wake County Guardian ad Litem, Healing Transitions, Triangle Aphasia Project, Passage Home, Wake Enterprises, Secret Santa, and Wake County Holiday Cheer.

Oktoberfest 8K

Oktoberfest 8K Thank you to all who participated in the 6th annual Oktoberfest 8K!  We raised $29,051.82 from the event.  $14,525.91 was donated to Wake Enterprises, $500 to Hart-2-Heart, and the rest will be donated to our monthly charities in 2018.

July Charity 2018

Friends of WC Guardian ad Litem 80 backpacks filled with school supplies were donated to Friends of Wake County Guardian ad Litem!  A special thank to JDS Consulting and Design for the $1,000 donation towards this cause.

June Charity 2017

Girls on the Run $2,000 was donated to Girls on the Run.  Congrats to Martina Brooks on winning the Adidas running shoes!

World’s Largest Flip Flop 1K $19,282 was raised from the 2017 World’s Largest Flip Flop 1K!  $70 was donated to 50 Gifts of Freedom, $60 to Susan G.
